Please review the following shipping policies before submitting your order.

We ship with major carriers including FedEx and UPS. Shipping estimates are available on each product page.

Shipping Policies

  • Shipping Carriers: We ship with major carriers including FedEx and UPS.
  • Shipping Estimates: Estimated shipping charges are available on each product page. $5.00 handling and insurance per carton are included in the estimate.
  • Split Shipments: Additional ship-to locations are subject to a $12.00 (V) fee per additional address.
  • 3rd Party Billing: Subject to a $5.00 handling fee per carton. If a carrier chargeback is initiated, published carrier rates plus a $100.00 surcharge may apply.
  • Address Corrections: Carriers typically charge approximately $30.00 per carton for address corrections. If a shipment requires an address correction, these charges may be rebilled accordingly. Please ensure all shipping addresses, including suite numbers and attention lines, are accurate on your purchase order to avoid additional fees or delays.

Rush Production Services

Expedited production options are available for time-sensitive orders.

Cameo Line will make every effort to meet your critical in-hands date while helping minimize freight costs whenever possible. When timing allows, rush orders will ship by UPS Ground to help reduce freight charges.

Please review the following rush production policies before submitting a time-sensitive order.

Rush Order Requirements

  • For orders with a critical in-hands date, expedited production may be available upon request.
  • We will make every effort to expedite production and ship your order by UPS Ground whenever timing allows.
  • If air shipping is required to meet your event date, we will notify you before shipment.
  • The event date and approved rush charges must be clearly listed on the purchase order.
  • Orders received without approved rush charges will be entered under standard production timelines.
  • Rush service is subject to available inventory and factory capacity. Please check with factory before placing the order.
  • During certain holiday periods and high-volume production weeks, rush service may be unavailable.
