Standard Production
- Standard Production for all orders: 7 Working days.
- Usually, we calculate base on the Date we received the order, unless the order is held up in the approval process, then will postpone the ship date to 7-10 Working days after all approvals
- Ship date may be delayed for USA Made Products that are produced on-demand
- Orders of $500+ or 2,000+ Impressions allow more days for production
- If you are ordering for a specific event ahead of time, please let us know the targeted in-hands date so we can work accordingly and inform you if we have additional delays.
Rush Service
- Working to meet an event, and in need to get your products quickly? Take advantage of our known Low-priced Rush Delivery Service in the industry!
- We will make every effort to expedite production & ship your order via Ground to save you on freight.
- Usually, Rush Production is 3 Working Days, but in many cases, we can produce your order is 1-2 business Days
- To take advantage of Rush Service, please collect the following pieces of key information we need to determine the availability of rush service:
o Item Number
o Item Color
o Quantity
o Zip Code Shipping to
o Latest Date you can accept the order
- Please email all the requirements to Customer Service, we will take a look, review the options available and respond with a cost.
- We will notify you:
o If we can accept the Rush Order
o If Expedite Shipping is necessary to meet your in hands date
o Rush Charges that we will charge you to expedite production
· Typically, the Rush Charges are 10% Surcharge with a Minimum of $31.25 (V)
· Please follow these best practices, to ensure the Rush Order get processed correctly
o Include your Requested Delivery Date on the PO
o Approve the Quoted Rush Charges on the PO
o If required: Approve Expedite Shipping on the PO
o Best if you call in with your PO number, so we can ensure the PO gets entered right-away!
Orders Received without Approved Rush Charges will be entered as Standard Production.
