PromoStandards
Our catalogue is published to PromoStandards. If your order-entry or website platform speaks it, you can pull our products, prices, imprint charges, photography and live stock straight into your own system — without a spreadsheet, a phone call, or a PDF that was current last spring.
Our services are hosted by OneSource by OMG. If you are already connected to OneSource, adding us is a matter of asking for access to this supplier code — there is nothing new to build.
What PromoStandards is
It is a set of free, open specifications for how promotional-product suppliers and distributors exchange data. Before it, every supplier published their catalogue in their own shape, and connecting to a dozen of them meant writing a dozen integrations and maintaining all of them.
The standard divides the problem into separate services, each answering one kind of question — what do you sell, what does it cost, what does decoration cost, what does it look like, what is in stock. A distributor writes one integration per service and it works against every supplier who supports it, ourselves included.

How current it is
Edits to a product reach the feed within the minute, and stock is published on its own hourly schedule — including what is on order and the date it is due. Nothing here waits for a monthly export, so what you read is what we hold.
Connecting
Access is granted through OneSource, per distributor. Ask them for supplier code CAMEOLINE and they will issue the credentials and handle the connection.
